I've solved this problem by manually setting timezone in config/application.rb
Uncomment line with config.time_zone and write in correct zone name.

I tried again today and noticed that two new files have appeared, which were
absent at last try: Private.sig and Private.mnt
The only thing was changed is PC reboot. Very strange!
At now mount works successfully.
I'm running 2.6.28 (latest from repo) and / is formatted in ext4.
