I tried to install this artwork but, came with desktop theme which think
was not compatible with lxde on lubuntu. It is probably my fault not
reading it would work with the desktop. I assume the compatible themes
only would be in synaptic. Great work everyone.
ProblemType:
This is unbelievably annoying. I just bought a Dell Mini 10 which has
this unbearable Broadcom 4312 chipset. I am currently running Karmic
UNR fully updated. I am having the EXACT same issues as described
above. The wireless is almost unusable. I set udev to give it eth1
rather than eth2
Blacklisting usbhid and applesmc, then adding the proper load order to
/etc/modules causes numlock to stay on permanently after resume from
suspend on MacBook 1,1. No other keypress events are recognized so this
forces a hard reboot.

Compiling latest svn uvcvideo (currently r205) fixes the video chain
problem.

Same problem. It seems that the firmware is loading properly now but
still doesn't work out of the box.

Same on first-gen MacBook (core duo) -- Brightness controls don't work
neither do the LED lights on the CapsLock/NumLock buttons.
When I push one of the brightness controls the little meter appears on
screen but wont go above zero and the brightness doesn't change.

This also exists in Hardy Alpha 6 if you add the Network Monitor applet
and choose Properties from the right-click menu then choose
Configure

Going directly to
Network Manager works fine with two other USB wifi adapters that I have,
neither use madwifi. Using network-admin or manually editing the config
files for wpa etc to configure the Atheros interface works however.
Seems it's a problem with Network Manager talking to the madwifi driver.

Mythstream (0.17.2) fails to load in MythTV (0.20.2) when compiled from source
and using the Gutsy deb in the repos.
When doing mythfrontend stream from a terminal the plugin loads and runs
perfectly but I get the error:

claimed to offer a fix for the Compiz video bug. However, after the update I
still have the same probs.

In Feisty the video app will still playback audio but the video will go
blank or jittery. In Gutsy the video app just crashes. It's been
confirmed with priority High. Resolving this bug
