AFAIK, gconf setting are saved on a per user basis. Thus running sudo

There is a bug in Ubuntu 7.10 which prevent to get this log.

call.
Call sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED] and, once in the call, try to use the slider.

Ekiga 2.0.9 wont help. Work to fix this is currently being done in the
SVN. I'll give it a try when SVN will be usable. (I'm using free.fr too

Edit-Preferences-Network Settings-NAT traversal method: select none.
Check if Edit-Preferences-Network Settings-Network Interface is set
to the correct one.
