It's not fixed. The bug does not appear after a logout login, but it
does every time after a reboot.

After installing openmpi (1.1-2.5), openmpi compilers do not work. They do
nothing.
Here is a part from strace mpicc command which seems very suspisious.
open(${prefix}/share/openmpi/mpicc-wrapper-data.txt, O_RDONLY) = -1
ENOENT (No such file or directory)
