Chris you are right! I tried both 12.04 and 12.10 isos as well as a 13.04 live
and the error exists there too...
Funny i didn'y noticed that one before.
So the only thing i can do is just suppress the messages, right ?

every time i boot splash screen throws this error.
My 13.04 install is up to date and this didn't happened in 12.10 install.
If more info needed please tell me how can i help.
