Monitor manager and other gnome extensions are disappearing from the top panel.
Alt-F2 r, like other said, helps to get them back. Extensions are still running
though when the bug appears.
I noticed this behavior some time ago, maybe 3-4 months ago, after an

Like the previus user I can confirm that the bug appears in a fresh Ubuntu
14.04 installation on a Dell Inspiron 15R laptop after enabling multiple

Yes, I experience this too, it is very annoying. Evolution asks for
seahorsepassword at every holy boot. Internet passwords are not affected
by this (e.g. the password to reach this launchpad).

the system became unstable due to a big problem in kernel and this
happened immediately after boot. It is related to the last upgrades of
karmic (yesterday probably) because the system was stable enough just
before. The window announcing the error/problem must be killed

High Xorg CPU usage?
I tried to kill xorg. It seems that after xorg restart the CPU goes to
normal parameters (about 5%). I tried to reboot and at the first reboot
the CPU showed a normal behaviour. At second reboot all is as previously
reported. I cannot say yet which application is involved in xorg
