Just upgraded kernel to 5.4.182-generic and system no longer
sleeps/hibernates. It goes to screen as if hibernating and then just
stops. No keyboard input will resume it for some time but eventually it

I was stuck on this for awhile with 22.04.4 but it turned out to be
permissions issue on my xorriso customized image iso. Here's how I was
able to clearly see what was causing the error:
