Tested in 24.04. Issue is the same as before: the new GUI setting has no
effect on new windows taking focus, just like before. E.g. hit F4 from
pcmanfm and the terminal will steal focus.
(I noticed that starting pcmanfm from a terminal focuses pcmanfm no

Thanks -- regardless of the usefulness of the setting, the bigger issue
is that if you go to Preferences -> Openbox Configuration Manager ->
Windows and uncheck "Focus new windows when they appear" it has no
effect, because of this section.

the beginning of the file, making it appear as if focusNew does nothing.
