with sshfs. my wlan connection aborts from time to time. when i save then (or
shortly before) in gedit, gedit turns dark and unaccessible, sometimes even

got some for you in the above document. it happens on all zoom levels
although it behaves a little different some times. sidepane or
fullscreen have no impact. (i use 125% here without sidepane or
fullscreen).
search for AVCC.
searching forward: hangs between several words on pages 2/3, 205, 212,
it's not a specific page, it already happened on many pages. the next
time it happens, i send you the searchword and the page (but as said,
it's hard to reproduce).
most of the time it searches for the next keyword even when i just
scroll down a bit (my workaround).

A1 is Mobilkom's brand in Austria for mobile communication. Mobilkom
doesn't directly offer mobile contracts but A1 does, so it should be
renamed to A1, maybe to Mobilkom (A1) to make it obvious and follow the

sorry, no. but i use it myself. i saw under windows that the password
had 3 characters (but encrypted with stars), and i guessed the right one
under ubuntu. wasn't too far off :-)

I did a complete reinstall of Ubuntu 8.04 (I'm not ready for beta
kernels yet...).
With the standard graphics driver, display sleep works fine. Except to
one small glitch: moving the mouse only wakes up the backlight display
first, still black screen. then when I move the mouse further, the
