Hello,
i updated from a completely and fresh updated saucy to trusty latest beta
yesterday evening,
by doing sudo do-release-upgrade -d inside tty2
everything worked well so far except the fact, that the old sources.list
wasent kept back or backuped.
in past release
hmmm 2.60 isnt working on oneiric. just installed the deb, first of all it gets
the wrong user rights for mediathekview.jar.
second it gives me a lot of errors.
Exception in thread AWT-EventQueue-0 java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com/sun/syndication/io/XmlReader
at
hmm ok /sbin/shutdown -h -P now doesnt work on my kubuntu.
any more ideas so far?

systemsettings login screen shutdown
and change the command to /sbin/shutdown -h -P now

after fresh install of an kernel it works for a time.
then after i rebootet 2 or 3 times it gets detected it starts but the oicture
is absolutely black.
maybe an v4l or nvidia driver bug ?

Binary package hint: systemsettings
If you open systemsettings date time
then you choose set time automaticly by timeserver,
and choose one of them you will get an error report saying it cant connect to
ntp server.
the output from terminal if you start systemsettings is
dpkg.log for the update from 4.1.3 to 4.1.4
problem startet with the update packages
