The system it occured on has an old Nvidia GeoForce 5200 video chip, which is a
constant source of errors and problems.
The system is apt-get updated every morning, no ppa's are being used (that I

I have a Samsung Reclaim phone that has this bug, when I use the phone's menu
to select Mass Storage, it shows on lsusb as 05c6:1000 Qualcomm mass storage
device and does not mount as a disk.
I commented out the line in 61-option-modem-modeswitch.rules for that ID. After
the change, the device

I checked /usr/bin/growisofs --version, it says:
