Same bug appears on Maverick Meerkat, if I connect through DHCP it works
perfectly but when I use an Static IP (Manual configuration) it doesn't
connect properly. I have Static IP at Work and I need to connect to a
DHCP VPN, It's a shame I have to use Windows again for this annoying
bug...

Hi Ben T,
This thing really works! The perfect combination is the xserver patch +
change from autodetect video to X Window (No Xv). Now I have no problem
in maximizing/minimizing and I can play videos fullscreen with no

Hi,
Simply open a terminal, then add command sudo before the name of the
file to execute. Before executing, you should check whether you have the
proper permissions or not (755 would be fine).
For instance:
$ sudo ./ati-driver-installer-9-3-x86.x86_64.run
or
$ sudo sh
Hi,
I finally solved the problem by removing all existing drivers and the
installing latest ATI drivers, using option --buildandinstallpkg hardy.
Simply follow the steps on:

Hope it helps
