Same on plasma 5, as you can in attachment, tapping buttons with
touchscreen has the same effect as touchpad hovering. Running touchegg
is a workaround ( not a solution, as then it inherits all touchegg's
issues) to get taps working again.

I have kubuntu installed, with defaut theme oxygen. To solve icon
notification-message-im not found, I have edited the oxygen index.theme
changing :
Inherits=hicolor
to:
Inherits=hicolor,Humanity
(You have to install humanity-icon-theme)

I think that the problem is in how is written .kde4/share/config/plasma-
appletsrc, i remove all [containments] there where appears screen=1,
and then I press ctrl+alt+backspace. The desktop environtment is here
again, now I can see icons and widgets as before. So the problem is that
i can't add
