iam guessing thats why this regression has existed for 2 years now.

3- RDP from another machine.

update ,
connection appears to be stable when using wpa2 aes.
flakey when using wpa2 tkip settings in the access point.
so would appear corrent work around for me would be to select aes in
access point.

i just upgraded from jaunty to karmic and i as well when trying to set
up my nokia phone via Bluetooth dont get the /dev/rfcomm0 created when i
restart bluetooth.
/etc/bluetooth/rfcomm.conf file is
rfcomm0 {
bind yes;
device 00:00:00:00:00:00;
channel 4;
comment nokia;
}
device id deliberately
actually it should be channel 1 but it still dont create the note,
additionaly when i sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart
i dont get the bluetooth restarted message.
** Also affects: bluez (Ubuntu)

it is fixed in that svn branch, and patches have supposively been sent to the
packagers at many distros. i thought todays update would have contained
i also can confirm this bug.
it seems to be a problem with amaroks rendering of a resized version of
some embeded jpegs. if i choose to show full size image its fine.

i get the error when the scanner attempts to scan filenames with umhlets
or other charactors over a cifs share.
this happens consistantly unles i change the offending charactors on the
filename on the share .

i get the same error when i attempt to import using dv type2 via
firewire, however it imports OK using 1394raw.
using dapper, and standard version.
