2) I can split a file with File-Roller and 7z and I can decide the size of each
parts
3) I start the compression and splitting and I see that the size of each parts

Logitech diNovo Media Desktop Laser(mouse + keyboard, bluetooth
interface) doesn´t work during install of Ubuntu 8.04. It works in
Windows XP and at the inital boot screen where you chose between
install ubuntu, test memory etc. but as soon as the live-cd boots
the keyboard
