[Bug 921119] [NEW] forked-daapd-0.19-1ubuntu1 doesn't work with players that don't send the revision number in the update requests

Public bug reported: forked-daapd requires a revision number to be sent as a parameter in the update requests. Some players, like Amarok and Banshee, don't send this number. This causes forked-daapd to send an error to the players. Looking at /var/log/forked-daapd.log I could find the following
