I installed ubuntu freshly. I installed irssi and I dragged it to
desktop 4. then I fullscreened it by pressing F11. The little icon for
the 4th desktop changes icon from the orange square to a computer
monitor. I switch to desktop 3 and the icon

-turn on jiggling and cube display
a working window scenario:
-open a terminal and press f11 to fullscreen it
-press f11 to return it
-try to move the window by dragging the title bar
-it works!
