This also effects precise, and it would be nice it was fixed.
Supporting sftp users outside the normal system users is a bear with
openssh, and this looks like a clean alternative.

I'm on 12.01, and I'm confused. It sounds like I should be following

This seems like a pretty serious regression to me. And it's been fixed
in both debian and the upstream grub. It's frustrating to find it
languishing here in the LTS server release.

I'm just starting to play with 10.04, and ran into this. Not having easy
console access for remote virtual servers is a big step backwards from
xen. Sure, I can use templates, and work around all these, but there's a
lot of extra work for what I think should be normal.

simpler to change. That's also what most of the kvm docs indicate. So
why isn't vmbuilder using it?

/etc/sysconfig/iptables as the path for the iptable saves. This isn't an
ubuntu path. I'm not sure what would be better, /etc/iptables.rules
seems common.

I'm on a dell d600, and having this problem as well. I tried updating
the the newer X packages in the edgers ppa, and though that includes the
newer evdev, it did not fix the problem.
I also notice I'm having this problem both with evdev, and without
evdev.

On my dell latitude d600, I've been running the test kernel for a couple
of weeks. The problem is less frequent but still present.
It still feels correlated with some kind of load. Firefox is usually the
culprit, generally playing flash games or when I hit a really js heavy
page.

wonky. I could move it, but it didn't really notice the click event, and
