oh i just found the problem. its the free graphic driver. just install
the propietary graphic driver and the temp is fine. waiting for fixes on
the free driver.

but i managed to download the fonts using a combined solution, using
post #21,
sudo gedit /var/lib/dpkg/info/ttf-mscorefonts-installer.postinst
then replace all codings in it with this
