The problem is fixed in the latest 3.5 kernel from marvell which is in
quantal.

@Li Li, that is right, but there may be some legacy binary apps/libs
that were built against an older kernel. I do not know what uses these
extra socket features, but Marvell engineers are notified of this and
will soon likely comment.

@Jani, even if there're any applications using these flags, they should
use the macro instead of the value directly, right? If they did use the
value (instead of the macro) directly, it's actually a bug in the app to
be fixed.
