Public bug reported:
Upon installing openstack-dashboard, any and all vhosts are rendered
unusable for any purpose other than serving openstack-dashboard.
This is because openstack-dashboard's conf file in /etc/apache2/conf.d
says:
WSGIScriptAlias / /usr/share/openstack-
