[FFE] new upstream release 0.25.07

Attached is the upstream changelog (upstream just uses the
debian/changelog).
This release contains a few fixes that are important for Quantal.
First the json-c library in Quantal causes fwts to crash; this is fixed
by the release.
There are a few bug fixes and code improvements.
This release
Could you please include the upstream ChangeLog and tell us a bit more
about why we should get this in? Also, is there any particular reason
why this is not in Debian?
