Public bug reported:

In Quntal, you are required to set up an "online account" in order to
use Facebook and Picasa integration, but there's no indication of this
in the UI-- the options simply aren't shown.

This was more confusing for me, because I *did* have Facebook and Google
Talk set up in "Online Accounts".  But these were imported from Precise
and were shown as "Jabber account".  Presumably not suitable, but this
was not immediately obvious.

This could be solved by showing the "Facebook" and "Picasa" options, but
instead of displaying the UI, directing the user to create suitable
accounts.  Perhaps with a button to display the "Online accounts"
dialog.  It could also be solved by showing the options greyed-out, with
mouseover text explaining how to enable them.
