Affects me too on my Samsung NP700Z5B/Ubuntu 12.10-64.
I cannot install glx-alternative-fglrx because glx-diversions is broken.
Without glx-alternative-fglrx, I cannot get opengl to work on my
amd64/ati system. Without opengl, unity won't work and cairo-dock won't
work properly.
That affect all
I have the same issue on amd64
This means that I have NO possible way to smoothly enable hardware
opengl acceleration - I'm STUCK on software-3d rendering only. I don't
see much to do on this except dropping the Pre-Dep for nvidia-installer-
cleanup . I've downloaded the .deb of the pre-dep and
I can not install glx-diversions 0.2.2 from any source either. It fails
the synaptic installation due to inresolvable dependencies. When I try
to install using gdebi, the error is Dependency is not satisfiable:
nvidia-installer-cleanup. If more logs are needed, I'll attach.

Also on amd64 Package broke not installed. Can't fix through any
means provided by Synaptic or apt-get procedures.
