This document doesn't render correctly in Office 2007 either. So perhaps
something is wrong with the document?
It does look differently screwed up between Office 2007 and
OpenOffice.org so they do render it differently but neither look even
remotely like what your screenshots look like.
Did you create it in OO or MSWord? It might be because the document is
corrupted.

msword.
Elben -- the document was created in msword (I didn't create it, I was
just sent it, and I anonimyzed it so as to be suitable for a bug
report..)
