giuseppe, the second log you posted here look like your install got
damaged somehow. The dpkg warnings indicate that somehow bits (or all
of) /var/lib/dpkg/info got damaged or destroyed. If this is the case,
this maybe one of the rare cases where a reinstall is required. Did you
try to repair the

does this all depend on the same module? Adding just to show the whole problem
and the packages it involves (if this is of any interest).
