Public bug reported:

Hi, the version that comes with ubuntu 12.04 has plenty of bugs, e.g.
instable downloads, which are allegedly fixed in later versions. There's
a newer package in ubuntu 13.04, which can't be installed on 12.04 due
to dependency problems.

Please update or backport some newer version. Current version of apt-
cacher-ng runs quite unreliably.
