Public bug reported: port 465 is listed in /etc/services as "smtps", but has been formally assigned by iana to ssm [source specific multicast] for a long time. smtps is a protocol that was never formally defined [i'm not aware of any rfc which references it], and has been deprecated for well over 10 years, since it's assignment was revoked by iana.
