No bugs in Hardy with blur filling colour! Also with an hight quality in
display! It seems to be perfect.
I will enjoy to use 3D object...

Please try using a lower blur quality in Preferences / Filters / Blur
Quality and see if it changes anything.
Also, is your video device configured correctly? Are there similar
drawing / refresh problems in other applications, especially graphics-
heavy ones?

Yes, it help to use bad quality in the preferences of the filters.
I did try to export one image in png to see if the quality were not be affected
with the refined filters preferences, inkscape did crash...
No problems to refresh display in Xara or Gimp.
