It is bios problem.
The MSI's BIOS check kernel 3.7 as Win8, then does not send any scancode out.
After I updated bios, everything work well.

I had a new MSI laptop installed ubuntu 13.04(kernel 3.8 and 3.9).
It hot-key Fn+F10(turn on/off) does not work. I debug i8042, and no
scancode presented.
- However, I change kernel to 3.2( or 3.5)
I submit the log files.
And test the kernel

Howeve, the bugs is not fixed.
