I haven't yet been able to duplicate the kernel oops. I can get the computer to Suspend while Shutting down on the latest Ubuntu kernel, and I get the same behaviour using the Mainline build, but so far no kernel oops. Reproducible: If I shut the lid immediately after shutting down, it proceeds

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v3.10 kernel[0]. If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'. If the mainline kernel does not fix
