As Dan told this bug has already been fixed with hwdb-client 0.6.10.1 in
feisty-updates.
Please activate Recommended updates in Adept - Manage Repositories on the
tab Updates as described here:

There was an update to hwdb a couple of weeks ago, which should have
fixed this issue -see bug 91948 for details. Please could you make sure
you have the latest hwdb package installed (see
https://help.ubuntu.com/7.04/keeping-safe/C/updates.html for help on
