Version 6.0.8+dfsg-2 is available in Ubuntu Trusty now, so I assume this
can be considered fixed.

mysql-workbench 6.0.7 was just packaged for Debian unstable. Since
Ubuntu 13.10 is now in Feature Freeze, you'll need to file a Feature
Freeze Exception if you need the new version.
