Binary package hint: koffice

In KWord, text in OpenType (*.otf) fonts will display on screen, but
printing or exporting a PDF results in errors. I'm attaching a sample
kword file, the resulting postscript file from the "print to file"
option, and the resulting pdf file from the PDF export option. Also,
when I try to export a PDF, I get the following error dialog:
