Some design fixes for boot animation spinner

I looked at the code again and also measured placement and size by hand
with ruler, pen and paper on the N4 and N10... on both devices the logo-
spinner of the boot-animation is correctly centered. The size on both
devices also looks to be physically the same... thus the GU-based
scaling does

Kevin Gunn also thought the size looked correct on a N10. Maybe there's
nothing to do here but double-confirm the behavior.
