Hi together. I am searching for a package of the gtk-engines-aurora for
Ubuntu 10.04. Is there a possibility to get this here? I have found
several nicce Metacity-thems on http://gnome-look.org, which need the
Aurora-gtk-engine. I have looked up in my Synaptic, but it's not in it.

Thanks for linking the DEB and uploading it. I, too think that this
should be entered into the Ubuntu repositories. It is, after all, the
only Gtk2 Engine I've seen with animation capability.

Aurora engine didn't hit the repos yet, maybe take a look here:

You'll find packages for Feisty, but Gutsy is fine too.

I also think that this GTK Engine must be in the Ubuntu Packages. In
fact in this page https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/Incoming/GutsyIdeas
someone puts an idea to use aurora adapted to use Human Theme as default
theme for Ubuntu and looks really nice and modern.
