upgrade to 15.04 fails
Hi David. Thanks. I did install from disk but then decided 15.04's not doing
enough of what I would like. Reinstalled 14.10/gnome 3.14. Thought you'd better
have the bug report anyway. Being in China sometimes not sure if it's a bug or
interference. 15.04 will be astonishing a bit further down

I get the same error messages on an install of Vivid but trying to run
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade or trying to update the package lists in
synaptic and that fails. So are we sure this is update manager or not
the list of files but the work around from bug 1078355 will solve it so

Actually the workaround that works is a bit different in that you need
to comment out the lines for extras.ubuntu.com in /etc/apt/sources.list
as extras isn't in GUI any more. And then update packages. Also the bug
is affecting getting new package lists from update manager as well.
