When the active/focused application is fullscreen you should be able to get the
indicators panel by swiping from the top edge.
But as this video shows, it seems that even a tap (ie, a mini-swipe as no
finger is absolutely still) was enough to trigger it.

Hmmm or more likely it's the MouseArea we now have to show the
indicators on desktops.
