Public bug reported:
Pidgin in Ubuntu builds with libnm-glib support. This support is
extremely buggy with newer versions of something. We're getting reports
of crashes that are totally eliminated by turning off the NetworkManager
integration. Upstream, we need to replace this with direct dbus calls
and then it'll be a stable feature. Patches would definitely be helpful,
but in my opinion, it's better to turn this feature off than to have it
crash all the time.
