3. Expectations: upgrade to 16.04
4. What happened:
- upgrade appears to have taken place but with multiple errors. I have sent
error reports for each one of them.
- Had to use the terminal to shutdown the system. Will do that again shortly.
- Will return to the debug procedure tonight
