Public bug reported:

It seems this web site requires :
- DRM
- FileOpen plugin
- Adobe Reader (it seems that the support ended for GNU/Linux, old versions are
still available).

I'm working in a public organisation which started a slow migration of its
desktop applications since a few years :
- M. Office -> OpenOffice -> LibreOffice
- M. Outlook -> Thunderbird
- IE -> Firefox
- Adobe Reader -> SumatraPDF/Evince
- M. Project -> ProjetLibre

For servers :
- M. file server and printer spooler -> Samba and CUPS

The operating systems are currently :
- for servers : Ubuntu derivative, Debian or CentOS
- for desktops : M. Windows 7 (and a few Ubuntu boxes)

Since this site is using DRM, I can't access to the standards it
provides. I assume my organisation will give up using Ubuntu for desktop
computers if the user can't use this web site.
