Public bug reported:

To reproduce install Lubuntu from the alternate installer and then it
will install an LXDE desktop you can log into but if you open aterminal
and run the man command it says man not found.

lubuntu-desktop:
  Installed: 0.72
  Candidate: 0.72
  Version table:
 *** 0.72 500
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu zesty/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
Description: Ubuntu Zesty Zapus (development branch)
Release: 17.04

I expected the alternate installer to install the man command so that it
works out of the box just like the desktop installer images or ubuntu
server. Instead lubuntu alterneate installer does not have the man
command working or command not found.
