Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem? Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v4.11

sorry, I posted the logs twice. I just want to mention that my above logs were collected when only 2 displays are attached (in which case, the graphics functions ok), despite that you can see plenty of pipe A FIFO underrun errors. do you want me to connect the 3rd cable (to the TV) to trigger
