`unity-gtk-module` is needed for global menu and all but if it is reason
behind it then we should mark it as affected project.
BTW, How can I start a session without loading it?

Interestingly this bug has resurfaced in Ubuntu MATE 17.10. I have
tracked this does to `unity-gtk-module` which is loaded in Ubuntu MATE
17.10 but has not been used in prior releases.
If GTK_MODULES does not includes `unity-gtk-module` then this issue does
not present.
