Sadly your report is useless without hadware/software/error details.
Note that wayland and nvidia (in case you of use) does not work (nvidia
problem); so choose a X session at login time.
For real report, use 'ubuntu-bug' script.

For troubleshooting, I went back into the BIOS, and put "USB HDD" as top
priority as I have always had it on EVERY computer I have EVER booted from a
USB device (only a few hundred),
