Another vote here for inclusion of Icecat. Even if isn't particularly interesting for Ubuntu users, for those who do understand free software, it may help on the path from ensnarement to freedom to have the best completely free software available with prepackaged proprietary drivers for hardware

I definitely agree that GNU IceCat should at lease be in the repositories. I really like all the privacy features it has and that it does not recommend non-free software. It is based on Firefox which gives it a great base. I am not quite sure why Brian Murray is against it's inclusion in the

I definitely support this idea (to get IceCat available in gNewSense this way). This would make the font rendering better for many pages and allows people to get a more advanced AdBlock Plus than Epiphany with Epiphany Extensions (which does not allow custom lists and does not block text ads).
