`raw.lxc` is a "use at your own risk" option which you can use to
directly configure things outside of LXD's control.

The upgrade from liblxc 2.0 to 3.0 came with backward incompatible
config changes which indeed would hit those users directly using that
key.

We certainly don't want LXD to have anything to do with altering that
configuration on upgrade but we did relax some of the checks such that
you can "lxc config edit' the affected containers and set a working
config before starting them again.
