Public bug reported: If there is a file or directory of the same name as one being restored Nautilus will lock up until you force it to quit. This can be a failed restore which has copied the file but not set the date stamp and completed deleting the file from the rubbish bin - so when you try to restore again the file is already there in a form. This can also happen if you have created a file or directory of the same name as the one being restored in the location it is to be restored to. Clearly you don't want to restore over the top of the new file, but this should be error trapped and an appropriate message given, preferably with the option to overwrite or rename on restore.
