According to the Debian bug (linked), it should be fixed in 3.6.8-6 (and
therefore for Hardy).

installation of dspam on a mail server with about 100 mailboxes. Dspam
runs as daemon and keeps crashing about twice a day... mail.log shows
the same lines as above. I wrote a script to restart it automactically,
