The following tests has been done: 1. Use a clean install image, and enable -proposed repo, run `ubuntu-drivers list`, oem-somerville-ellaria-meta is shown 2. `ubuntu-drivers install` installs oem-somerville-ellaria-meta 20.04~ubuntu1, and then bootstrapped into oem-somerville-ellaria-meta
