1. Use a clean install image, and enable -proposed repo, run `ubuntu-drivers
list`, oem-somerville-ellaria-meta is shown
2. `ubuntu-drivers install` installs oem-somerville-ellaria-meta 20.04~ubuntu1,
and then bootstrapped into oem-somerville-ellaria-meta
Hello Shih-Yuan, or anyone else affected,
Accepted oem-somerville-ellaria-meta into focal-proposed. The package
will build now and be available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/oem-somerville-ellaria-
meta/20.04~ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
